A 100% Syrah aged for 18 months —a rarity in Priorat— it surprises with the intensity of its colour, the elegance of its acidity and the long life of a wine that knows how to wait.
We craft it with whole clusters, a technique that gives it a unique character. The stems are the skeleton of the grape, the vegetal part through which nutrients reach the fruit. Keeping them during fermentation enhances aromatic intensity, freshness and elegance, while also providing a silkier, more subtle tannin on the palate. It is a detail that connects the wine directly to the vineyard and sets it apart.
The result is a vertical, vibrant wine full of nuances, one that evolves over time and moves you with every sip.

Appearance: deep cherry colour with intense garnet highlights.
Nose: intense, elegant and aromatic, with ripe black fruit aromas combined with balsamic, mineral and sweet spice notes, along with hints of liquorice and forest floor.
Palate: powerful yet balanced entry, fine and well-integrated tannins; lively acidity brings freshness, leading to a long, persistent and deep finish.

Grilled red meats, game stews, oven-roasted lamb and traditional Priorat dishes such as roasted kid goat or mushroom stews.
