L’exclamació is the reaction of surprise you have when you taste it. A wine that leaves no one indifferent.
A 100% Syrah with 18 months of aging (a rarity in the Priorat) that stands out for the intensity of its color, the elegance of its acidity, and the long life of a wine that knows how to wait.
We make it using whole clusters, a technique that gives it a unique character. The stems are the skeleton of the grape, the vegetal part through which nutrients reach the fruit. Keeping them during fermentation allows the wine to gain aromatic intensity, freshness, and elegance, as well as a more silky and subtle tannin on the palate. It’s a detail that directly connects the wine to the vineyard and makes it different.
The result is a vertical, vibrant wine, full of nuances, that evolves over time and moves you with every sip.
